What's the purpose
of your new web site?
Sketch out the look
and feel before you begin your site.
Professional designers use what is called
a Story Board structure prior to beginning the design of
a new web production. Begin your web site by designing the
layout and structure of all of the links and pages. Create
descriptions that identify your company and the message you
would like to convey about your e-business. Your first page
(index) should deliver a message that sparks the interest
of the visitor in both the structure and content of your
web site. It's always a good idea to search web sites to
find a similar look to the one you would like for your business.
When designing the structure, take special
care to make certain the paths for information are clear
and the links for navigation are clearly defined.
